Shipping Information
All adoption packages are personalized and require a few days for processing. We strive to have all packages shipped within 3-4 business days of when the order is placed online; however, we are a small research team and we apologize in advance if it takes longer.
Shipping within British Columbia: ($7)
- Packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail.
- Delivery service is 1-3 business days.
Shipping within Canada, but outside British Columbia: ($10)
- Packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail.
- Delivery service to Western Canada is 2-4 business days.
- Delivery service to Eastern Canada is 4-6 business days.
Shipping to the United States: ($16)
- Packages are shippped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA.
- Delivery service is 4-6 business days.
Shipping Internationally: ($16)
- Packages are shipped via Canada Post Small Package International Air.
- Delivery service is 6-10 business days.
Packages can also be picked up and/or purchased from the Vancouver Aquarium Gift Store. If you would like a personalized adoption package with the adopters name on the adoption certificate, please contact us prior to coming to the Aquarium. We can be contacted by phone, 604-659-3430 or email meghan.mckillop@vanaqua.org to arrange to have your personalized adoption package made. Please note, if you purchase an adoption package online and then decide to pick it up, we cannot refund the shipping cost.
